We comply with all privacy laws. We will not share your private information to external parties unless with your express approval. Where we may need to manage a claim by you for assistance, we will share your information with our internal and contracted specialist (tax etc) service providers as explained in our membership terms and conditions.
We do not hold or have access to your credit card details on our database. Credit card transactions and details are conducted by a major global online payment company, Stripe.
[Please note: SEA Standard and Protected memberships are automatically renewed (on a monthly or yearly basis)—unless you ask us to terminate your subscription. Stripe will send you a reminder about impending payments approximately 15 days before payment is due. If you don’t see the Stripe reminder in your Inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.
If you wish to terminate your SEA subscription, please email us at: me********@se*******************.au, and include a daytime phone number and your registered email address so that we can quickly confirm the authenticity of the request. We need at least 3 days’ notice to ensure that the subscription is cancelled before the next payment is due.]
