Why the NSW model OHS law is so bad

Since 2000, the OHS laws in NSW have been particularly bad, working against work safety and creating significant injustices in NSW.

But the O’Farrell Government is rebuilding justice in New South Wales. It has changed the current OHS laws, removing the oppression and injustice embedded in the current legislation. It is applying presumption of innocence, and moving prosecutions to the normal criminal courts where appeals are allowed.
